I reserve the right to refuse a sale at anytime for ANY reason. We will "hold" a rabbit for up to 7 days. After 7 days, we must have a 50% deposit to "reserve" the rabbit. Rabbits can be "reserved" for up to 3 weeks with a non-refundable deposit (cash, check, money order, or PayPal). Holds longer than 3 weeks will have to be paid in full. If the rabbit is not picked up by the agreed upon date it will be put back up for sale and the deposit will not be refunded. If a sale is cancelled by me then the deposit will be refunded, if the sale is cancelled by you it will not be refunded. Returns/replacements will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Health cannot be guaranteed once a rabbit leaves my rabbitry and enters another habitat due to the nature of virus transmissions. Your rabbit is guaranteed to be healthy and of sound temperament when it leaves my herd. It is your responsibility to check over any rabbit you are receiving to be sure that there are no problems at the time of sale. We will not be responsible under any circumstances for any vet bills incurred by rabbits that we have sold.
Please note that if you are interested in any of the for sale rabbits, please contact us first as all of the rabbits are for sale locally and the for sale page may not be updated as quickly as we sell them! Also, if you see a rabbit that has a "hold" or "reserve" on them they may again become available if the buyer defaults on the sale, so feel free to contact us with your interests!
We do not ship rabbits. We had a very bad experience with tragic results many years ago and swore to never put a rabbit through that again. I know times have changed, but the costs and time involved outweigh the need for us to offer it. Costs would not be limited to air fare, vet health checks, freight cages, time off and pay loss to deliver the animal to the airport or shipper...etc!! It just does not make it worth the time for us to get it involved in the process. If you are looking for something particular, contact us and we will try our best to help you locate it closer to where you live. Alternatives to shipping would be rabbit railroad (where other breeders are traveling across the state or country and will transport it for you for a reasonable fee). It would be the responsibility of the BUYER to handle these arrangements.
